Team Manager Applications 2026/2027 Information and registration

The role of Team Manager is a crucial yet very rewarding part of the team staff and is supported by the Team Manager Liaison on the JBC.
TM's keep the players, parents, coaches organised, while ensuring families have the information required for each tournament and throughout the season.

Applications are currently open for all age groups and divisions.

The Role
The role of the TM is to support the coaches, players, families, and be the communicator between the club, players and their families. Keeping the team cohesion strong within the team is a high priority.

Stack Team app - Team comms is done through Stack Team app. As TM you’ll be adding the scheduling for your teams training and games and keeping families updated via the team chat. TM’s keep an eye on the training schedule each week that is provided by the sports office and update their team accordingly. There are very helpful how to videos on the use of Stack Team app, very easy to navigate.

Majestri – This is also a useful resource for team staff, and it’s also a way that team staff can communicate with their teams and send emails directly from here. Team staff can also access contact details for their players families.
Team Pack – Each team has their team pack which the TM keeps hold of. This includes the drink bottles, roller esky, backpack with first aid kit, blood shorts, extra jerseys etc…

Tournaments & Domestic – Ensuring all players are registered for tournaments and have all the info they need. Updating your schedule on Stack Team app with Domestic games and coordinating a parent to score the Domestic games each week.
Attending tournaments and keeping your team organised during these tournaments is a main feature of being a TM.
This includes
  -Ensuring your team knows where and when games are
  -Being on the bench for all tournament games and ensuring all players arrive on time
  -Keeping athletes hydrated during games, and refilling water bottles.
  -Keeping the team updated via the team chat during tournaments and when there are changes to fixtues.
-Organising a team catch up (lunch, dinner, brunch, play in the park, activity, trip to the beach) when time permits when away for tournaments

A key feature to being a successful team manager is the ability to be organised and a good communicator. The role is loads of fun, and it’s great to be part of the team environment and assisting families with their Junior Braves Journey.
